Musical Shape Shifters
The musicians in Big Toe Mojo, Ken and Mark, residing in Acworth, grew up together in the same Marietta, GA area and bonded over their shared passions for guitar, Rock, Blues, Reggae, Country, Jazz and all things Good Live Music! Each member brings a unique musical aesthetic to the band which makes this Acoustic/Electric duo comfortable jumping genres and playing your favorite requests. We let the audience pick the set list at every single show..now tell me what other bands do that?
Born of One-Nighters
Starting out, the idea of living the road band life was the last thing on our minds. We decided we wanted to stay local, have fun and make the audience our number one priority, so the near 200 song request menu was born, allowing us to connect with each and everyone who have come out to our live gigs at Center Street Tavern, Red Hare Brewing, Madlife Stage and Studio, Prime 120, Ice Martini bar, Wicked Wings, Sidelines, Jekyll brewing, Reformation, Bucking Goat Brewery, Nuevos Amigos, 7 Tequilas, City of Woodstock, etc.
We are a local band that plays in Woodstock, Acworth, Canton, Marietta and Smyrna.
We love to play bars and restaurants, breweries and city events..but theres nothing like truly bonding with our fans and playing your private parties and events. So if you want to make it a truly special night, ask us about our availability on upcoming dates..many happy testimonials we can share.
Looking to the Future
We’re packing up the gear for an extended U.S. tour of the local Woodstock, Ga area. As a newly signed Doofus recording artist, we'll be producing an album that you will most likely never hear! That's because our #1 priority is to play your favorite songs from our request menu when you request them. Next stop - the Big Time!
